I'm so happy to have found Brad and absolutely recommend him.  I needed to get a few things in our kitchen replaced and he took care of everything easily and quickly.  He even recommended a cheaper route to go when it came to selecting parts.  He will be my go-to-guy when it comes to anything related to plumbing.  I couldn't be more satisfied.

We have used Proven twice now and on both occasions they have proved to be far better than the rest we have worked with. They have the perfect combination of professional and accommodating folks for booking/cancellations, and some really skilled and reasonable techs who would much rather keep your business in the long term than make a quick buck off of you. This last Dec 2022 winter storm, we had a water heater (the only one in the home) give up on our renters in sub-zero weather. Proven was busy, so we had another plumbing service (probably among the worst we have come across) come by. Another review awaits them; they insisted on replacing the heater, claiming 25 year of experience to be behind that decision. Well, thankfully Proven called back shortly after, offered to treat it as an emergency, came out the next day, found out the faulty part and that it was under warranty (heater was 2 years old), and what's more they put in a temp fix so hot water could start immediately. Then they came back the next day and replaced the part. They took care of the warranty and all we paid was the trip fee, which by the way was $40 less than the other plumbing service person who was clearly out to make a quick buck off the winter storm.
TL;DR: Proven is top notch, without a doubt. We plan to stick with them for our home and our rental property as well.

We had a kitchen sink leak threaten to derail our holiday baking plans today (Sunday) and called Gilbert at Blue Dragon Plumbing. He was there within the hour and:
1) Put on booties over the shoes to protect the floor (a small thing, but a lot of contractors have trouble with this and it drives my wife crazy)
2) Came right in and diagnosed the problem (in and out within 30 mintues)
3) Was extremely friendly and polite
4) Didn't charge overtime rates even on Sunday during the holiday season!

Had a chance to chat with Gilbert while we were going over the invoice and he sounds like a really great guy, the kind of small business I'm happy to get behind. I would highly recommend and will most definitely utilize his services for any future plumbing needs.

I had a leak I wanted fixed ASAP and Eddie was at my house in under an hour. He fixed a complicated copper pluming leak within 45 minutes with rain pouring down!  I would definitely call them again.

Nick came out on a Saturday and saved the day. Fixed the backed up toilet and shower and did it all for a very reasonable price. Super responsive to Yelp ask for a quote requests and did a very thorough job once he was here. Here it is Saturday afternoon, and everything's back up and running, like all the ickiness of the morning never happened. Yay!

They showed up late, looked at the problem and then said they would order parts. They said the parts would take two weeks. They followed up a couple times then I never heard back from them. I called the mfg and got the parts in 2 days...now I just need a plumber that is reliable.

This is a late review but I just wanted to reiterate what everyone here is saying. Pierre and his guys really are the most conscientious and dedicated plumbers, there's just no reason to use anyone else. If they cannot get to you as fast as you need them (what happened when we had an emergency at our place on a weekend once), they will give you the number of people they trust who can. They have fixed a few issues at our Austin homes and have always been prompt and expert. Pierre was also able to help answer some questions I had about an issue I was having with a plumber in Houston! He is generous, and truly dedicated to being the best plumber out there. We are clients for life.

Responsive and good with scheduling, quick diagnosis and repair, friendly, efficient, reasonable rate. We even chatted about bikes! If I ever have another emergency I'm calling Dave again.

I managed to break the water line in my house just inside the wall, Abel called me back immediately to discuss the job and gave me a fair estimate over the phone.  He showed up on time with Alex, and they were able to do the job and even went above and beyond repairing my wall and making sure it looked like new even though I didn't really expect it to.  You can't go wrong calling Abel, he's fair, quick, and super nice.  I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs at all of my rental homes going forward.

Braulio is outstanding, honest, and reliable.  He showed up on time, did the work timely, and his fees were reasonable.  I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.  He is an excellent communicator, I will call him for all our plumbing needs.

We had them out recently to try and figure out why we had a puddle in our yard. He was quick to get back to us, and we loved that he was located in Manor. We also appreciated his knowledge and honesty when he correctly stated that it was a problem with the city's water line. We will for sure hire him again if we ever have another need for a plumber.

I would call a different plumber if I were you! At first he seemed very reasonable and nice. He told me he would only charge me for his time and not mark up the equipment he had to purchase in order to fix my water heater. Near the end of the job he stated how much he spent on the equipment, which was substantially higher than what he quoted me so I asked for him to provide me the receipt. He then got very angry and told me he would try and get it for me. Shortly after our conversation he emailed me the receipt from Winsupply and something seemed off. I then called Winsupply and asked them to send me the receipt with the same purchase order. The receipts were the same except for the amount of the pump being substantially less than the receipt he provided me. It's not my place to say if he doctored the receipt from Winsupply but obviously something doesn't add up (please reach out to me if you would like to see the photos). After the job was done, I confronted him to try and understand the misunderstanding and he got furious and threaten to call the sheriff and post a lien on the property if I didn't pay. To make matters worse, after we agreed on an amount owed I signed the invoice and told him I would have a check sent to the address listed on his invoice before the end of the day. He refused and told me I had to pay with CC right now, which I refused. I will be sending him a check in the mail considering he finished the job and worked around my schedule (reason for two stars).

Having retired from remodeling a while ago, I don't have my go-to guys anymore. Stan's advertised and I've (of course) heard about them for years. I needed to get my entire 18 year old AC system replaced and I wanted the ducts re-sized and replaced. They sent Will out to give an estimate almost as quickly as if I needed emergency service. He is extremely knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted (I was being picky). Between Will, Shannon and the installers, I could not have gotten better service.
Wow, the HVAC tech has come a long way in almost twenty years. The multistage AC unit cools my house with no drafts and no noise. I opted for the most expensive of the three options I was given, so I can't really speak to pricing, but I know I am very happy regardless and am looking forward to years of well conditioned air.

I had a gas pipe relocation work and started by getting quotes from professionals on Yelp. Plumb Doctors was very quick and responsive and after sharing photos of my work and the job site, we agreed on a base price. Andrew came to my home and very quickly understood what I needed. What he did was beyond the quality that I expected. He relocated my gas outlet very quick and safe and answered all my questions patiently. Since we are still in Covid era, he was wearing face mask and shoe covering that I really appreciate. I recommend their services strongly!

We had an aging water heater that we had serviced about a year ago. This spring it stopped working again. After a poor experience with another local company (they didn't even do diagnostics - just stood there and speculated about what might be wrong), we called Plumb & Order. They came out same day and did a quick and easy repair, basically the same thing we had done by someone else last year. We asked for a replacement estimate but thought we might get another 6 months before having to do anything. Nope - two months later it gave up the ghost. Plumb & Order came out next day to do the replacement and get our closet up to code. Both crews who came by were friendly, professional, quick, and informative, the work was excellent, and both jobs were affordable. We will definitely use them again!

I'm going to program Thunderbird Plumbing into my phone, maybe even speed dial!

Jeff has been out to our new home twice. Both times I've been THRILLED at his thoughtful service and honest work. We needed a gas line to our dryer and he made time to install it the same day as the estimate so we could have our washer & dryer ready to go when we moved in.

When we had a plumbing emergency he was able to check out everything quickly and reassure me that we didn't need any additional work (the city had done some work previously).

I would recommend Jeff & Thunderbird Plumbing to anyone that needs gas or plumbing work. He is careful, truthful and a genuinely nice guy.

I would hire again.  Mark came out to look for possible slab leak.  In my opinion, he knew what he was doing and approached the problem very methodically.  Within an hour he was able to identify the leak which ended up being in my front yard.  He told me the general proximity of the leak using a specialized microphone.  I opted to dig it up and fix myself to save money.

We highly recommended Olvin and his right-hand man Ramon.  We hired them to demo our old ceramic tiles and install new wood like tile (6x36) throughout our entire house. They were very accommodating, polite and pleasant during the entire process. They showed up on time every day and their quality of workmanship is excellent.  If you are looking for fair pricing, excellent quality and a trustworthy service, Fuentes Tile won't disappoint!

They don't make 'em like Nick anymore. I had a low-pressure issue in my master bedroom shower. Nick asked lots of questions on the phone, so that by the time he came to the house, he already had a very logical game plan. He explained exactly what he thought the problem was, what he was going to do to fix it, and plans B and C in case his first plan didn't work. 20 minutes later, problem solved. Had the best shower in a long time this morning. :) Nick is the man!
